Hermit and the NotWe is an album for people who 'don't fit in.'

An album celebrating the uncelebrated.

This album is more conversational and less refined than my last album 'Headspace' (2014). It's a return to the sort of noise I made in my mate’s garage as a teenager, unsure what I was doing.

It doesn't really fit into a 'genre,' so I'll go with 'Curmudgeon Rock.' When the ‘angry young man’ grows up, and finds that he’s still angry, and teenage angst is replaced with middle-aged angst.
