2026 marks the 30th anniversary of Three Lions (Football’s Coming Home), released to coincide with the World Cup and celebrating one of the most iconic songs in British sporting and music history.
 
Three Lions remains a truly unique chart phenomenon. It is the only song ever to reach UK Number One on four separate occasions with the same artist - twice in 1996 on its original release, for three consecutive weeks during the 1998 World Cup, and again in 2018 when it made chart history by jumping from No.24 to No.1 in a single week.
