In celebration of their new album 'Good For The Soul', GANS will perform at Applestump Records in Nantwich.

The Birmingham-based band GANS is announcing the release of their debut album GOOD FOR THE SOUL, set for September 19th through Peter Doherty’s Strap Originals label. The album is produced by Ross Orton, known for his work with Arctic Monkeys, Amyl & The Sniffers, The Fall, and Working Men’s Club. Throughout their debut album GOOD FOR THE SOUL, the band explores themes of acceptance, self-destruction, and body image. Influenced by a mutual appreciation for painting, literature, and poetry, GANS brings these ideas together through the collaborative efforts of songwriters Euan Woodman (drums, vocals) and Thomas Rhodes (bass, vocals).

This is an instore performance, which will be more intimate than a regular gig and may feature shorter or acoustic sets.
